What a great GIRLS NIGHT OUT Jazzercise Class we had last Friday, May 15th! Thank you to all the moms and daughters and Jazzercise Students that came! Thank you to Betty Ehrlich Marky, Maria Folsom and Andrea Farmer, they lead a wonderful workout of routines that had a Girls/Women theme. Vital Sculpt HIIT is a 45 minute high-intensity, science-backed group class designed for women's wellness, longevity, and hormone health. It combines heavy resistance training, multi-directional jumps, and functional movements to increase strength, build muscle, and improve metabolism.
