At The Glo, all of our classes are labeled either Grit or Grace. One isn’t harder than the other, they simply have different goals.
Grit classes focus on building strength using heavier weights, larger muscle groups, and movements designed to improve power, stamina, and muscle tone. Think strength training with intention.
Grace classes use lighter weights and smaller, more controlled movements to improve stability, flexibility, balance, and endurance.
Both are important. Both will challenge you. And together, they create a balanced fitness routine that helps you move, feel, and live better. 💪✨
