If you are looking for a high-energy group fitness class, consider joining the Red Hills Cloggers. Clogging classes are held on Monday evenings from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Paul's United Methodist Church right next to Lake Ella. If your daily step count goal is 10,000 steps, you can get it just one clogging class! New classes begin the first Monday in January and all levels of dancers are welcome to join. Drop ins are also welcome year-round. No special attire is needed. We hope to see you soon!
