Positive and uplifting group exercise classes for all levels. There’s something for everyone!

We believe that fitness is so much more than just taking care of the physical body we are given. Fitness also includes nourishing and strengthening our spiritual soul as well. Our passion is to encourage people through group exercise to become physically and spiritually strong so that they are fit to live life fully and make a radical impact for Christ in the world around us.

Our Power Strength™ Instructor Team is heading to the Ark Experience in Kentucky for the annual RECHARGE body & Soul® fitness convention on Wednesday! We will have a normal class schedule Monday and Tuesday followed by a modified schedule Wednesday-Saturday this week.

25 years ago, our nation experienced a tragedy that changed countless lives forever.

We remember the lives lost.
We honor the courage of the first responders.
We pray for the families who still carry the weight of that day.

May we never forget September 11, 2001, and may we continue to pray for our nation and point one another to the hope we have in Christ.

We will never forget.

Last night we said goodbye to an amazing instructor, Michelle. She has been a Spin instructor and served so faithfully for 8 years at Redefine Firness. We will miss you, Michelle! So excited for all that God is doing in your family as you move to St. Augustine!
