HYROX meant a lot more to me than just a finish time.
After a year that tested me physically and emotionally in ways I wasn’t prepared for, I felt disconnected from my body. Training for this gave me something I didn’t realize I needed… Consistency, confidence, and proof that my body is still strong and capable.
Showing up day after day and eventually competing helped rebuild that trust in a really meaningful way. So happy I competed, 10/10 recommend signing up for a 💕💅🏻🪩💪🏻✨
