So much I can say, will do my best to keep the message short. I started this organization just 3 years ago.
Put these guys together 11 months ago and 10 months ago we were getting ran off the field .. parents looked at Mike, Chris & I and said, we like what we see, let’s do this again. As a matter of fact, let’s also plan to go to Pigeon Forge to finish our 12u season. When we speak to PLAYER DEVELOPMENT, this is what we are talking about . This group displayed great baseball all week and made memories with one another that will last a lifetime! What’s beautiful about baseball, it’s a life lesson man, we tell the guys all the time. So the tears after the last game, we want you to remember that . We want you to remember that feeling, because some days you just don’t display your best, but how will you act afterwards. What will you do next? That’s that Adversity we talk about. You can shed your tears but you can’t hold your head because what you guys showed us this weekend is that our coaches and your parents are doing a fantastic job. The growth has been amazing.

C.Cruz is a dawg behind the plate and swings like he is 6’9.
C. Cowart pitching and leadership will take you a long way!
E.Goodson , your versatility will keep you on the field in college . Straight Dawg
B. Marconnet, the growth I’ve seen from you is amazing- on the mound, in the outfield and infield but your ability to keep the team light is why every clubhouse needs you .
S. Nawalany - there can be no better teammate and I hope you realized how far you’ve come big guy. Watching you pitch against Canada was amazing.
L.P. - You just continue to grind man, always wanting to be better. Really proud of you stepping up to learn the infield for us and hold it down. We need the footage from the double play . And my guy switch hits
H. Wells - What I’ve seen from you from behind the plate and at the plate is amazing. That grind will get you where you want to go. We still need to discuss how you get thrown out at home by a guy who got stuck in the outfield fence ? 🤣
C. Chambers - You have to watch those quiet ones, they just show up and go to work. You need me to pitch today ? Yes sir . You need me in the of ? I got it You need me to dig deep in the box and get a rally going, got it. Bulldawg. That’s the things a coach looks for .
Guys please know how much Mike, Chris and I are proud of you. We are always on you because we love you and want you to be better .
Finally I want to say thank you you our parents , because you all just let us coach them . You saw it when we saw it when we wouldn’t make it past 3 innings in the fall. And thanks for always having our backs in the games 🤣
John I can’t thank you enough boss man, need you to know how much you are appreciated it.
Pigeon Forge got a bunch of dad jokes, some terrible singing, some great baseball plays, pin trading and a whole lot of memories in the mountains that will last forever. Go Knights
