Huge week at 2026 FL Swimming Summer FLAGS for USC! We had big time drops, new Senior Champs, Sectionals, and Junior Nationals cuts, plus powerful relays across multiple age groups.
Olivia Holt won the 50 fly 🥇 with a 1.3-second drop (27.90), breaking the FLAGS meet record and earning a Junior Nationals cut, added big drops in the 400 and 200 IM 🥈, placed 2nd in the 200 fly 🥈, and finished with another Junior Nationals cut in the 100 fly🥈(1:02.34).
AJ Trammell was the only USC swimmer in the A final of all six of her events, earning 10 new personal bests and top finishes in the 50 🥇, 100 🥈, 200 🥉, and 400 free plus 50 🥉and 100 butterfly events.
Liam Wang had a strong all-around meet with big freestyle drops in the 50, 100, and 200, a Sectionals cut in the 50 free, and an A final swim in the 50 fly.
Across the team, Raleigh, Eliza, Amelia, Maddie, Yiyan, Coral, Emmie, McKenna, Charlie, and James contributed big relay splits, best times, and major improvements that lifted relays and team scoring, while younger swimmers gained valuable championship racing experience. We also missed a few teammates who couldn’t race this time, but the group that competed represented USC incredibly well. Go United!
