The Dragon in Kenpo fights with spirit and wisdom.
Range: All

It's evasive by using rising and falling as well as in and out motions.

Many spinning kicks simulate whipping the tail. The dragon can use all of the other kenpo animal traits and strikes.

The Crane in kenpo focuses on balance, distancing, and grace.

Range: Long

It creates angles with footwork to keep attackers at a distance. Cranes like big circles and uses hopping to one leg stance and stomping down to help make power.

The kenpo snake wraps around using many types of wraps and chokes for that constrictor feel.

It loves multiple strikes using angles while blocking and hitting simultaneously.

The kenpo leopard uses the hips to generate more power and snap and likes to move to the outside or under attacks.

The tiger is fearless, powerful, and aggressive. In Kenpo, when we fight like tigers we stay in close range.

Tigers fight straight in. They attack the attack with little backing up except to "load up" the rear leg for lunging in.
