You know when you don’t feel well or are down or in pain or exhausted and just don’t think you’ll do real well at the party you’re hosting that night? That was me a couple hours before the Lafayette Zumba Crew Halloween party. Then 6:30 came and dangit if those women didn’t pull me back into feeling the best I have in a while. We dressed up, we danced, we partied, we ate back all the calories we had danced off. Look at these femmes! They are the best. 😍

👋🏻 Hey y’all!! I had not looked at the class description on the City registration page until now, and it is wonky! 📆We have also added classes, so that there are classes EVERY Monday AND Wednesday💃🏾 in October AND November (except
Nov 22cd to eat Turkey 😵‍💫) With cool new teachers added to boot! Here is a list of all the dates and teachers 😎:

October:
~All Mondays (9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th) with Jinan

~All Wednesdays (11th, 18th, 25th) with Stephanie

November:
~Mondays 6th and 13th with Lisette
~Mondays 20th and 27th with Kimberly

~ALL Wednesdays (1st, 8th, 15th, 29th) with Stephanie.

Welcome to “Zumba at Lafayette’s Meet Your Instructors”!! 💃🏾 First is talented Jinan, who’ll be teaching the Monday night class!

👋🏻 Wife, Mother, Zumba Lover! Hi, my name is Jinan, and I have been teaching Zumba for almost 8 years. I have a 2 year old son, and his baby sister is baking away now for a November arrival. I love music of all varieties. You will hear a mix of reggaton, soca, salsa, pop, and cumbia in my classes, with strength moves throughout. I hope you enjoy the rhythms as much as I do. Can't wait to dance and with you!💗
