We’re so excited for our upcoming 2026 Sideline Tryouts! Come out, have fun, and work on your skills with us in preparation for tryouts.

No experience needed!
Athletic Clearance Required (in Focus):
• Current physical (EL2)
• Parent consent form (EL3)

👕 What to Wear:
• Cheer or tennis shoes
• Athletic shirt & shorts

⚠️ Important Notes:
• No jewelry
• Nails must be fingertip length or shorter
• Bring a water bottle

Tryouts are open to all rising 6th-12th grade students. You must have athletic clearance to participate.

Attention!!

FSUS will host a Wellness Fair today, April 22 from 5pm-7pm. EKG's will be available for $20 and will be mandatory for all middle school and high school for the 2026-2027 school year.

Walk-ins are welcome. Please email Mrs. Westphal at [email protected] or use the QR code/link in comments. We encourage your attendance!

Today is our last volunteer skill camp as we have temporarily suspended them. Your child may attend this screening after our 6:00 end time 😊

2026 Voluntary Skill Camp starts TOMORROW!!

We’re excited to get back in the gym and start building skills!

🗓 When: Mondays & Wednesdays
⏰ Time: 4:30–6:00 PM
📍 Where: Gym

Open to all Florida High students in grades 5–11 — no experience needed!
