To ensure a happy and healthy older age, it is crucial to prioritize stretching and exercise. By doing so, one can prevent muscle tightness and maintain flexibility, thus improving overall well-being.
Speaking from experience, I can definitely say it's well worth it because today (I'm in my 50s) I can even do things that some 20 year olds can't even do.

Positivity is one of the most important things to have in our life! 😉 💖

It really hurts 💔 when I come up on people who are in their 20s and think when they hit the age of 30, they are "old." They already talked like they're falling apart too. I'm a 52 year old Zumba Instructor and I keep having to ask him to please not think like that. Those poor people don't even know what "old" really is. 😢
