I have worked with a diverse client base, ranging from professional athletes, seniors and Kids. The most important thing to me is that you achieve your fitness goal, not matter what it is. Today is 30 days after my back surgery. Today's workout, 30 minutes on recumbent bike. Then 15 minutes walking on treadmill. I have been told by my doctor that I shouldn't be doing the pushups, until I see him in 2 weeks. So, just cardio from now on.

Today's workout, 30 minutes on recumbent bike. Today starts to use “Helm” see pictures. 3 sets of 10 reps in each position, Total of 90 push-ups. Then 15 minutes walking on treadmill.

Okay, here we go. I'm putting myself out there. I plan on keeping everyone up-to-date on my progress. With my current weight and updated photos. I will keep a daily log of exercise and a photo log every two weeks.

So I had back surgery on July 19th. Everything went well..☺️😁 Had my follow up appointment on July 30th. They said that I could start going to the gym and doing Recumbent bike, elliptical and treadmill. So, I waited until this Monday to start August 5th. I am taking it slow. i’m not allowed to lift anything over 15 pounds or bend at all. Until I go back to see my doctor on August 27th.

Monday
30 minutes on recumbent bike
30 minutes on treadmill

Tuesday
30 minutes on recumbent bike
30 minutes on treadmill

Today
30 minutes on recumbent bike
Pushups 5 sets, 10 reps
30 minutes on treadmill.

I'm going to try and keep a daily log of my progress. Haven't been able to workout normally for about 3-4 months. So I gained some weight, now it's time to drop some weight and slowly get back in shape🙏🏾💪🏾😁🏋️🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️.

So, I also have been growing my beard out 🤷🏾‍♂️🤔🤨 until I feel normal again..
