Congratulations to Hannah Teter for her induction into the Vermont Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame!

Olympic gold and silver medalist, world champion snowboarder, philanthropist, and our surf coach! Born and raised in Belmont, Vermont, she was introduced to snowboarding through her family, learned to ride at her local Okemo Mountain Resort, launching a career that would take her to the top of international snowboarding.
Hannah emerged as a rising star by winning the World Junior Half-pipe Championship at age 15 becoming the youngest member of the U.S. Snowboarding Team. She went on to capture Olympic gold in Torino in 2006 and silver in Vancouver in 2010, 4th in Sochi in 2014 along with seven X Games medals, six World Cup victories, and numerous international podium finishes. A longtime ambassador for Special Olympics, Teter helped bring Unified Snowboarding to the X Games in 2015, founded her nonprofit Hannah’s Gold supporting children, education, work opportunities, clean water, farming equipment, and environmental initiatives in Africa through through donating her snowboard contest winnings during her professional career. She is the sweetest, hardworking, optimistic, and loving inspiration beyond snowboarding. Well done Hannah, you are the most deserving.

In short, with legendary luxury days on the lake, we’re about living life in good company, slashing waves, forging tricks, and quality instruction. Our roots come from the love of ocean surfing, snowsports instruction, professional snowboarding, firefighting, living in Tahoe, and some grit, so here we are 10 years deep surfing and foiling in the mountains! We’ve been blessed with the nicest ever, and amazing & surf gear. Our company thrives from the stoke our clients bring, and the next level hospitality our dedicated coaches & captains deliver. Many ask us “Do you prefer the G23 or G25?” If you can make it happen, go G25 all the way. For up to 19 passengers there’s room for all your gear, friends and beyond. The ZZ8s is quiet, so smooth, cuts through water eloquently, and sips 89 with beyond ample super charged power that will blow your mind. 8 hrs smiling on the lake at altitude… no problem.

The G23 we find perfect for slightly smaller parties comfortable for up to 16 passengers. We’ve ran both the ZZ8s and ZZ6 and love both engines! Altho the G23 & G25 each with supplemental ballast provide the ultimate ride for glorious glides, for Tahoe Surf company we really appreciate the extra storage in the 25, for we load the boat with a ton of boards with room for more.
