I just wanted to share something exciting with y’all! One thing I love about being a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador is that we actually get opportunities to share our ideas and feedback. I’ve been paying attention to what people are looking for and thinking about ways we can make the products even better. I recently shared a few ideas with the Red Aspen team, including matching nail polish shades to go with some of our favorite nail sets. I know some people love the colors and designs but prefer regular polish, and others may file or reshape their nails and need a matching touch-up color. I also came across half lashes and thought, “This would be such a cute option!” For anyone who loves lashes but wants something softer, more natural, or easier to wear than a full strip, I think half lashes or outer-corner lashes could be a fun addition. Another idea I shared was smaller sample sizes because I know a lot of people like to try a product first before committing to a full size, especially when it comes to scents, skincare, and makeup.

I’d like to start a conversation with other Brand Ambassadors. Has anyone else felt like not everyone begins this journey from the same starting point? Some people join with an established customer base, a large social media following, or a team that’s ready to support them from day one. Others join with none of that and are building everything from the ground up. That doesn’t mean one person is working harder than another. It simply means the opportunities look different in those first 45 days. I love being part of Red Aspen, and I’m not bringing this up as a complaint. I genuinely believe there are opportunities to make the onboarding experience even stronger. Some ideas that come to mind are:
• A separate onboarding path for ambassadors who are starting without an existing customer base.
• Sample-size products or affordable sample kits that ambassadors could purchase to let customers try skincare, makeup, and other products before committing to full-size items.
• More beginner-focused training with regular check-ins so new ambassadors feel supported while they’re learning.
• Looking at ways brand ambassadors could also benefit from platform-specific programs, such as TikTok affiliate opportunities, since different platforms reach different audiences.

I’ve been in this for about 90 days and haven’t made my first sale yet. That doesn’t mean I’m giving up. Building trust takes time, and I’d rather grow a loyal customer base than rush the process. I’m sharing this because I believe in the company and want to see every new ambassador have the opportunity to succeed, regardless of where they’re starting. I’d love to hear what others think and what ideas you have that could make the experience even better.
