We have an awesome group of adults who push each other, support each other, and make training both challenging and fun.

Tonight in Kids Jiu-Jitsu, we worked on punch defense! 🥋

The kids had a blast while learning important self-defense skills and how to protect themselves in a real-life situation. We love watching their confidence grow both on and off the mats!

To top it all off, the kids decided to gang up on Coach Steven at the end of class 😂

Great job tonight, everyone! We are proud of all your hard work and dedication. 💪

💧 Friendly Water Reminder 💧

As a reminder, part of each member’s monthly gym contribution is bringing a case of bottled water each month. This can be a 24-pack, 32-pack, 40-pack, or similar size.

Our refrigerator is available to all kids and adults during classes at no charge, and with summer temperatures here, we are going through water much faster than usual.

We appreciate everyone’s help in keeping our athletes and families hydrated!

We are incredibly proud of the progress each of these kids have made since the day they first stepped onto the mats. Their hard work, discipline, confidence, and dedication continue to grow every single class, and it truly shows. Keep showing up, working hard, and believing in yourselves.
