The STX Dawgs are back at it keeping tradition alive. Bringing back Christmas cheer to our local Taft community! December 21st we will be hosting a drive-through toy distribution, your child will be able to pick out a gift from Santa’s Sack & will also have the opportunity to take pictures with Santa! We will be accepting letters to Santa until we reach our limit of 40 entries. Your child must fill out the letter attached to this post & submit it by no later than December 10th. A first come first serve toy distribution will also be taking place for those children NOT already included in the 40 entries. To qualify for the Letters to Santa entries you must submit your child’s FULL NAME & AGE & the letter completely filled out by the 10th. Location & time of distribution will be tbd. & posted at a later time. ❄️☃️🎄Entries are accepted for ages 4-18 ONLY children under 4 will participate in the fcfs distribution

If ANY small businesses or organizations would like to join us please do not hesitate to reach out! The more the merrier! 🎄❄️

We will also be accepting monetary donations, unwrapped gifts &/or gift wrapping supplies.

Hey guys! Quick update…Good and Bad news. 😔

Unfortunately, due to concerns with possible unfavorable weather forecast for this upcoming Saturday, December 18th we are rescheduling our small toy drive to take place Tuesday December 21st from 6p-9p in front of FLOGO Snocone.

We have filled our lists and look forward to seeing everyone that participated there!
Also, reminding those that didn’t get the opportunity to sign up that there will still be limited supply of “first come first serve” toys that we will also have for your kids to drop by and pick something out.

We’d also like to give a big thank you to FLOGO Snocone who are graciously allowing us to station at their location.

Lastly, thank you all for you understanding and for allowing your kids to participate is something that is fun and means a lot to us and our Brother, Arturo Naranjo

Congrats to these little league Jr. girls for becoming District 29 CHAMPS. Hard work pays off. All of us Dawgs are beyond proud of you all. Keep on working hard and great job coaches for pushing these girls to be the best they can be. We wish y’all the best of luck in sectionals. Keep on making Taft proud.

Christian Barrios had the chance to play one more game before finishing his high school career. He got an RBI Double on his first at bat in the All Star Game. All the Dawgs are proud of you and are rooting for you and your team.

One of our very own member of the STX Dawgs Mike Solis will be playing in the NJCAA division III World Series beginning tomorrow at 7pm. Wishing him and his teammates the best of luck. The Dawgs will be rooting for you

Cyclones Baseball begins play in the 2021 NJCAA Division III World Series Saturday, May 29th when they take on Niagara County (NY).
