The Lancer 27 is an out of production hybrid-sailboat that was ahead of its time. It is a complete and well appointed small yacht capable of carrying a large outboard. a serious heel and the passengers still won't touch the water if they try. She has a v-berth forward that converts to a dinette, a galley to starboard amidships and a separate marine head to port with a door that closes! The interior is yacht-like with wood trim and cushions. The Lancer is a fractional sloop. Below the waterline, the keel is molded into the hull and thus has no keel bolts to worry about.. This is a uniquely designed sailboat easily managed by a single hand sailor or for 2-4 adults to go cruising.
