Dockyard is working to improve its practices around communication. Specifically, we are developing new procedures related to informing skaters (current or former) who have violated our code of conduct of their status with the league in a timely manner.

🚨 REGISTRATION FOR OUR NEW SKATER PROGRAM IS LIVE! 🚨

The New Skater Program (NSP) is a 12-week course running September–November, starting Tuesday, September 8th. Practices are on Tuesdays from 8–10pm at the Tacoma Armory.

⏰ Registration closes at noon on August 26th, 2026

🛼 We’re accepting the first 20 skaters who apply, then we’ll start a waitlist!

No skating experience is required, this is your chance to get rolling with Dockyard Roller Derby! ⚓️

Come see us tomorrow, August 9th, at Art on the Ave! Find us in front of Taco Time on 6th Ave and get some merch 👕 We will have derby demos in the intersection of 6th and Junette at 12:00pm, 2:30pm, and 4:00pm! 🛼
