The Grinch stopped by MA's House of Fitness today. After a few minutes on the elliptical machine, he was off to a Christmas party delivering delicious homemade chocolate peanut butter cups for all. Even The Grinch is in Festive Mode. Merry Chistmas from The Grinch and MA's House of Fitness!

What I did on my birthday? I went to MA's House of Fitness. I was not going to let my birthday be the reason my customers had to miss training. I think they would have been okay with it though! 🏋️‍♀️

Here are a few pictures from my birthday weekend. I was a volunteer at the Elizabeth Wesley Youth Merit Scholarship Program on Sat., 10/04/25. Seeing all of these beautiful young people being honored in this way was very heart-warming! I was very happy to be a part of such an awesome event!! On Sunday, I attended church. The message for the day was very enlightening and inspirational!! I was treated to dinner Sunday afternoon!! (Lobster) Yum! Yum! Yum! My birthday was on Monday! Can you guess what I did on Monday? Jack LaLAnne was an influential figure in the fitness industry. He was widely known for preaching the health benefits of regular exercise and a good diet. He opened the nation's first modern health club in Oakland, CA and dozens more bearing his name. They were later licensed to Bally. Arnold Schwarzenegger, as governor of CA, placed him on his Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and on the occasion of LaLanne's death, he credited him for being "an apostle of fitness" by inspiring "billions all over the world to live healthier lives" How many of you remember his fitness television program, The Jack LaLane Show? Thank you Jack and Happy Heavenly Birthday!!!

Thank you to everyone who attended the MA's House of Fitness Grand Reopening and Sugar Ray Seales Day Celebration! This event was a success because of you, our donors, who donated school supplies, cash gifts and prizes. And I am so thankful to my planning team who supported me at every turn!
