Leg Circles-One of my true nemesis. The deal is I was taught that this is a truly a femur 𦓠stir. You are just stirring the head of the femur around in the hip socket. Hips staying nice and quite, your body is not flopping around like a fish out of water. If you canāt cash the check of doing this with a straight leg because your back line is too tight, bend the knee ~Tada! You are in business. Closed kinetic chains such as springs or resistance bands also help to maintain form and function so you get what you came for.
