Last night CRB members got together at to say farewell to an integral part of our club, as he prepares for a move to Ohio for new work opportunities.

Nolan has been a driving force behind the club as a player and a coach. He’s ran in into the ground and taught us to be a better version of ourselves on the pitch. You’ll be truly missed bud, but can’t wait to share the pitch with you in Boston. Hon the Branch!

Knees that Craic 2026. This year CRB sent 7…you heard that right…7 geezers to compete in the over 40’s tournament in Las Vegas. The entire northwest division was well represented with players from and .hurling.

Today, some of the CRB crew traveled to Tacoma for a tune up match before the in Vegas in 2 weeks. The format was simple, over 40’s team against the younger class (with some younger fill-ins and subs for us elderly).

At the end of the day, the craic was plenty and the comradery was class. Huge thanks to our own Fun Brian for organizing, for hosting, and for driving down to help fill out rosters. The NW Division is only getting stronger.

Wish the NW Geezers, that are traveling, good luck as we compete against some of the best the country (AND Ireland) has to offer! Hon the Branch!

This morning, 2 members from CRB had the pleasure of meeting with Elizabeth Creely, the Cultural Officer for the Consulate General of Ireland San Fransisco () to discuss partnerships, funding, and ways to grow the club in the short and long term.

A massive thank you to Elizabeth for taking the time out of her morning to meet with us and provide a little guidance for our club!

Tomorrow! Week 2 of CRB’s city league is here. We will start with the Bridge City Banshees taking on Cú Chulainn in football at 10am. Followed by Cú Chulainn battling Róisín Dubh in hurling at 11!

As always, new players are welcome and encouraged to join in low stress and fun matches.

It’s here! Tournament season may be over but CRB is still going. Pub league starts Saturday at Westmoreland Park in SE Portland.

Hurling kicks off the season with the Bridge City Banshees taking on Cú Chulainn followed by Róisín Dubh battling the Banshees in Gaelic football.

If you are new to the club and wanting to play, please reach out and we will get you on a team. New players are ALWAYS welcome! Afters at . See you all on Saturday!
