It's been over 24 years since I ended my streak of running everyday from April 5, 1979 to August 6, 1999... I did miss a total of 52 days due medical issues. Since then, I choose to run 15 to 40 miles a week versus the 60 to 90 I was doing as a competitive elite runner. I have not made more the 6 days running since....
But today marked 41 days straight of at least getting a mile in.
