There is always a positive that comes out of tough situations. Yesterday we had a player, Ajay, take a line drive to the mouth the ambulance carted him off the field and we called the game.
Today we came out and played hard, with me knowing the boys would be gun shy. After our first game the team, Mound Time, we were playing yesterday came to our game and gave Ajay a gift bag. I witnessed what sportsmanship is really about! Yes, he was at our game, toughest kid I know.

I watched a TEAM, a baseball community a family come together in the last 24hrs. I am proud to be a part of what these kids are learning. It’s not about wins and loss’ it’s about building character.

I want to thank the coaches and players of Mound Time. All the phones calls from Renegades coaches and families the coaches from other Teams.

Thank you Ajay for showing us all with your bravery and toughness that baseball is about so much more.

I could not be more proud of these boys! After going 0-2 on Saturday they came back today fighting back from the last seed to the Championship. Winning a back and forth battle to get there. Each and every player did something to contribute. We coach next pitch, thank you Steve Springer, doing what it takes to help your team win and having an opening day mentality. They proved that all that matters is what comes next.
