Grit City Sandlot Baseball We are a casual pick-up style wood bat adult baseball “league” in Tacoma WA. Dock Ellis League affiliate. We are not a league. Everybody is welcome (18+).

Grit City Sandlot is a wood bat, semi-hard throwing, adult sandlot pickup baseball club.

• Coed and all inclusive

• We have fielders gloves, baseball bats and batting helmets that players can borrow

• Dock Ellis League rules*

*Dock Ellis is a punk rock baseball "league", our game is played by traditional baseball rules except there are no called balls or strikes, and no stealing. Grit City Sandlot is a group for those that are wanting to play baseball in Tacoma but don't have a team to play on. Grit City Sandlot is a low-competition, no-investment way to play baseball in the south Puget Sound area.
