Just a reminder, the HS Track banquet is today at 6:30pm at the VIT HS cafeteria. We will have sectional medals, varsity letters and pins to hand out. Please bring a finger food or dessert to share. Please bring your uniform to return. If you are unable to make it, please return your uniform to the VIT or Astoria school office this week. Thanks!

Attention South Fulton athletes: Run club will meet Thursday night (6/18) at the VIT at 7:00 PM for a fartlek conditioning workout. There will be variations for sprinters, mid-, and long-distance runners, so bring your friends!! Coach Koopman

This is a great opportunity to train this summer!

Our first high school summer run club meet up will be today, June 4th. It will be at the VIT track starting at 7PM.

Come join Coach Kurt Chenoweth on the track for a structured conditioning workout. This will also be a good opportunity to ask questions about the workouts we have recommended for the summer.

Yesterday Karter Chenoweth, Morgan Foglesong and Riley Foglesong competed at the State Meet at Eastern Illinois University. These young men represented the SF Rebels with great sportsmanship, athleticism, talent and pride. We are so proud of your hard work throughout the season!

Here is the plan for Girl’s state meet on Thursday, May 21: we will be taking the activity bus and leave from VIT at 5:30am pick up at FS in Ipava at 5:40am. We have a couple extra seats on the bus if anyone would like to go watch. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on riding the bus. We will arrive at Charleston at 9:00am. Please bring money to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is $12 to enter the state meet if you are not running.
