As a yoga instructor I was frustrated by the few available options for studios close to me. I decided to change that and opened Syra Yoga. This studio is in my home where I can provide individualized, small group yoga classes with less expensive class options for my students. Being a 500hr yoga instructor, I especially enjoy working with those recovering from injuries and also bringing yoga to tho

se who never thought they could be a yogi. My classes are light hearted and safe with zero intimidation factor allowed. My philosophy is that yoga should be for everyone and my aim to create a class and an environment that everyone can enjoy.
