This was my first throw on the famous Hole 10 at Wabash City Park. I went down to practice for the Cannonball Open and some how got a birdie. I got a bogey and par during the tournament.

We went camping at Salamonie State Park which is always fun because they have a nice disc golf course especially after they replaced the old baskets added teepads and added 16 extra holes. My daughter took this video and I almost aced. 😀

My main hobby, disc golf, was a gift from God. When I found it, it was on the tail end of me asking God for more joy in my life. It has brought that and more, not just through playing, but through the people I have met and have gotten to play with. People like George Blessing, who has taught me how to sacrifice my needs to help others enjoy the sport. Hannah Lengel has taught me that kindness is contagious. Curtis Smeltzer has taught me that dry humor is the best. Andy Phipps taught me that endurance matters and that the Berg is the best disc in the world. 😁 Ben Essick has taught me laughter is more fun than playing your best. NL Harman has taught me that friendship is important. Matt Seese taught me that joking while playing makes it more fun, oh, and what a goose is. 🫣 Tim Cooper taught me that deep conversations are needed in life. My daughter has taught me that quality time with the ones you love is more important than what you want. My beautiful wife Janelle Martin has taught me that the Love of God can be seen in this world 🥰, and that disc golf isn't for everyone and that's okay.

So if you don't have a hobby, look for one. If you want to play disc golf, hit me up. Just remember, God made us for more than just work; he made us to enjoy his creation and each other.

This day was such a nice day I had to play at least one round.

My Sweet daughter played 8 holes completely for the first time with me the other day. I have been intentional not to push to play but just asking her if she wants to we have got out in the yard and thrown around and she has thrown a few shots on the course but this was the first time she played more then 1 complete hole. I hope for selfish reasons she wants to keep playing but this moment was a great time!
