Calling all O’pen Skiff Racers, WSF Jr Racing fleet is back for 2026.
Here is the schedule:

Every Tuesday from June 16th to Aug 4th (with Sunday August 2nd as make-up races), Time: 5:00 to 7:30 late afternoons,

Age range: 10 to 14 years old (must be able to sail up wind)

Boats: Open Skiff (Bics),

Races: 2 races each Tuesday.

Registration fee is $50 for use of Club boats and $25 for those using their own boat.

Wawasee250 is coming! 🇺🇸🌊

We’re kicking off something special for 2026: a summer-long, lake-wide celebration leading into America’s 250th birthday on July 4, 2026.

🚩 The first signal: a commemorative Wawasee250 flag (2 ft x 3 ft) included with the 2026 WPOA directory for every WPOA Member and Community Member. Let’s line the lake!

Over the summer, Wawasee250 will build with community celebrations, member experiences, and a behind-the-scenes spotlight on one of Lake Wawasee’s most cherished traditions: Lake Wawasee Fireworks. Big announcements coming soon.

How you can help build the momentum:

- Renew your membership or join the WPOA before March 1 (and invite a neighbor or off-lake supporter to become a Member)
- Fly the Wawasee250 flag when it arrives
- Watch for more details as summer nears

1. A sailor can participate in no more than 2 sessions per summer
2. You will receive email confirmation once your registration is accepted. If you do not receive this email, your registration has not been completed

Per tradition, we fully expect the program will sell out quickly. To secure a spot for your sailor(s), you are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
