Every Saturday brings a different workout, a different audience, and a different challenge.

And we’re starting with the people who spend so much of their time showing up for everyone else.

Even when they’re not working… they’re working 😂🥊

Coach Curtis and Dominique are in Panama for some much deserved R&R, but when you get the chance to connect with one of the Four Kings of Boxing, you make time.



They had the honor of meeting the legendary Roberto Durán!



He shared some words of wisdom and a few gems to bring back to our young OZ boxers.



As an added bonus, they also got to connect with Roberto’s boxer, elnika_507



Vacation or not, OZ is always in motion. The relationships, the opportunities, and the vision keep growing.

Off-season is where the work gets done. 💪🏾

Coach Trey has been putting in work with some of our city’s female varsity athletes — building strength, speed, conditioning and confidence before they head back into their season.

And this training isn’t just for basketball. OptionZero Off-Season Training is open to athletes of all sports who want to stay ready year-round.

The OptionZero family is growing! Help us welcome our newest coach, Jarell “Rell.”

With 15+ years in sports & fitness and an ISSA Personal Training certification, Rell brings experience, energy, and a coaching philosophy rooted in confidence, discipline and accountability.

He’ll be working alongside Coach Curtis as a coaching apprentice while also offering 1-on-1 personal training at OptionZero so book your sessions!!!

Always a great time when our martial arts brothers and sisters come through to get some work in.

Different gyms. Different disciplines. One shared mindset: get better and help each other get better. There’s always mutual respect, good energy, and a genuine desire to push one another. Everyone walks in ready to work and leaves better than they came.
