Advanced registration is required so we have your space and everything you will need to be able to find that peace and calm. The cost for the evening is $25.

Join Michele and Sue in North Syracuse at Branches Yoga and Wellness Center for a Restorative Yoga practice with a Sound Journey!

We are bringing one of our classes to a lovely spot right in the heart of North Syracuse. Join us upstairs in the yoga studio for a relaxing mid week Restorative Yoga practice. Absolutely no yoga experience is needed, dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.

Spaces are limited, so book your spot early.
When: Wednesday, May 27 6:00-7:00pm (arrive a few minutes early to set your spot up and settle in)

We want to thank every one of you who came out last night in the frigid and blustery weather for our Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Sound Bath. It maybhave been cold outside, but we were cozy and warm in our space, as we were wrapped up in blankets and allowed ourselves to rest and let go.
