This month at Championship Martial Arts we are learning about the power of perseverance: not giving up in the face of difficulty. This is a critical skill for our students to develop while young, since as they age, they will face greater and greater challenges, sometimes where giving up is not an option. We practice perseverance in class daily when students must work to learn new skills. There are many ways they can practice perseverance in their daily lives, too.

Across our 4 CMA locations, we collected a combined total of 668,300 points worth of supplies!

This can help foster resilience and also put them on a path to improved mental and physical health. Optimism, or “looking on the bright side,” helps children grow into happy, confident adults!
