Miles is one of our youngest students and our newest yellow belt! 💛 He's a natural with the bokken (and has a great teacher in Kory). It's been a joy to watch him learn and grow at Aikido.

Dojo members are developing their skills at USAF summer camp this week and, interestingly, today is also International Friendship Day. While you don't need to be besties with your aikido training partner, it does require a certain amount of trust.

If you'd like to try swinging a wooden sword (a bokken) at another person, come to the dojo for that and definitely introduce yourself first. Maybe you'll make a friend!

The dojo is open and we're ready to have some fun with our youth aikido students!! Youth classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings and teaches the foundations of aikido through some very fun activities!

We are still settling in, so classes will resume on Wednesday, July 1st.

We can't wait for you to practice at the new dojo. It is a nice large space with so much natural light. It will be a wonderful experience to see everyone on the mat.
