Where are all our early birds at?!

Don’t train on empty if you can help it...even a small snack can make a big difference in energy!!

Why it matters:

✅Energy for performance: a light carb + protein snack fuels your muscles and brain

✅Better focus: workouts feel smoother and more controlled so you can push harder throughout

✅Faster recovery: your body has something to build on right from the start

Some easy, simple ideas: fruit such as a banana, dried fruit, rice cake + honey & cinnamon.

Even a little bit of fuel before morning training can boost energy, intensity, and consistency.

Dehydration Signs💧⚠️

Headaches, cramps, low energy, or sluggish workouts? You might be underhydrated - not under-motivated.

Other common signs of dehydration include:
✅Dark-colored urine
✅Dizziness or lightheadedness
✅Difficulty concentrating or staying focused
✅Persistent fatigue or poor workout performance

Hydration supports strength, endurance, and recovery at every stage of training. Pro tip: Sip water consistently throughout the day rather than waiting until you’re thirsty!
