Summer Practice Schedule! It will be at the high school track.

Please make sure that you get an updated physical if your physical has expired. I have checked physicals and we have multiple runners who have expired physicals or have physicals that will expire this summer. Runners cannot participate in summer practices if they have an expired physical.

If you have any questions or need to know if your runner has an expired physical then please let me know. Copies of the physical paper can be picked up from the front of the middle or high school.
