The Boys had a blast at The ABC Championships in Westfield, Indiana this weekend! 4 days of baseball, team bonding, and fun! Boys played great, hanging in there with some stiff competition, came out with a win on Saturday and just fell short of bracket play.

Big Thanks to Grady Schroeder, Roman Scott, and Brodie Sund for joining the team for the tournament! Without them, this experience wouldn't have happened! It was great to make new friends!

3 more games and the season sadly comes to an end!

On to 2027!!

The Boys had a good weekend in The Dingers for Dads tournament in Monroe this weekend!

Went 2-0 in pool play and came into bracket play as The #1 seed! Although we fell short in the semi final game, The Coaches are very proud of the boys for their efforts and gameplay this weekend!

Weekend Award Winners

MVP - Grant Wernert
Grant's bat has been on absolute 🔥! He batted .500 with 2 doubles and is batting .632 over his last 9 games!

Silver Slugger - Bennett Kwiatkowski
Bennett's bat is also blazing hot! He batted .714 for the tournament! Bennett also pitched a gem in game 1 and continues to do a great job behind the plate!

Gold Glove - Lukas Beebe
Lukas made 3 nice plays at 2B as he continues to show his worth with his glove. He's won the award 5 times this year!

Chips

Kolton Nieckarz - Kolton has found his swing as of late and also helped turn a double play this weekend!

Chaz Gallagher - Chaz batted .400 for the tournament and played well defensively!

Grady Schroeder - Grady joined the team this weekend to fill a spot and pitched an absolute gem to help us win game 2! Also made a couple nice plays defensively including a great catch in CF in the last inning of game 2's win!

Great job, Mavs! Let's forward this energy to Indianapolis!

Big Win for The Boy's last night! Total team effort!

MVP - Connor Mahaney
~ 2 for 3 with a bomb double 1 RBI. 2 solid innings on the mound to start the game and a pick off at 3rd!

Silver Slugger - Bennett Kwiatkowski
~ 2 for 3 with a huge Home Run! 2 RBI

Gold Glove - Keyser Allen
~ Keyser made a great catch in CF stopping what would have been extra bases and runs scored.

Lukas Beebe - 1 for 2 with a double and 4 RBI

Garrett LaManna - Closed out the game on the hill the last inning with 3k 0 runs. Also was part of the pick off at 3rd.

Kellan Vincent (and family) - Kellan saved the day coming to baseball so we had 9 players. Made a great stop at 3rd base and was 2 for 3 with 2 RBI.
