A LITTLE LOVE & A FEW REMINDERS FROM CALIFORNIA YOGA

California Yoga is more than Yoga — it’s a space to reconnect, invest in your health, and be part of something special.

As a small, locally owned boutique studio navigating a unique economy, we need your support to continue providing the beautiful space, experienced teachers, and elevated wellness experience you know and love.

Your health is an investment. We believe in quality over quantity, and we believe you get what you pay for. Please help us protect this special space by respecting the following guidelines.

✨ PRE-REGISTER & CANCEL MINDFULLY
Please book classes in advance and honor our cancellation windows. Late cancellations are increasing and affect our ability to operate efficiently. Fees will apply.

✨ CLASS PACKS & REFUNDS
Class packs will no longer be extended beyond their expiration dates. All class packs, memberships, retreats, workshops, and other studio purchases are non-refundable, subject to applicable legal requirements.

✨ MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships require a six-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation is subject to our 90-day cancellation policy and applicable fees. Need more flexibility? Consider our Mini Membership or Monthly Unlimited. You can upgrade at any time!

✨ RESPECT OUR SPACE
Keep your mat area tidy, leave belongings in designated lobby areas, return props neatly, and fold borrowed blankets.

✨ ARRIVE ON TIME & HONOR THE QUIET
Please arrive early and respect silence once class begins. We love our community conversations! Save catching up with your pals for after class at Local Roots. 🤍

✨ AGE GUIDELINES
Children are not permitted in the practice space. Independent teen practitioners are welcome with our $12 student drop-in or discounted teen membership.

We are not a big-box gym. We are a small business built on expertise, community, and a genuine commitment to your well-being. Every detail matters, and sustaining this experience takes all of us.

Join Kimi Fankhauser alongside her longtime friend, yogi, life coach & Reiki Master Rhonda Long, for a beautiful morning of Vinyasa Yoga + Reiki.

🌿 What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle Japanese spiritual practice centered around universal life-force energy. The word Reiki comes from Rei, meaning universal or spiritual, and Ki, meaning life energy.

Through gentle hands-on or hands-near-body techniques, Reiki is intended to create space for deep relaxation, energetic balance and inner connection.

✨ The spiritual benefits of Reiki may include:
• Creating a deeper sense of peace and presence
• Quieting the mind and encouraging stillness
• Supporting emotional release and energetic balance
• Helping you reconnect with your intuition
• Creating space for reflection, surrender and renewal
• Encouraging a greater sense of connection to yourself and something greater
• Leaving you feeling grounded, centered and restored

Reiki isn’t about forcing or fixing anything. It’s about creating space. Space to breathe. Space to soften. Space to listen inward. Space to simply be.

We’ll begin with an uplifting Vinyasa practice, then settle into a deeply restorative Reiki experience — allowing the body, mind and spirit to reconnect.

Still feeling the energy from last night. 🚨

A completely SOLD-OUT Clinical Grade Red Light Therapy + Sound Bath at California Yoga — and we are so grateful.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, slowed down, and gave yourself permission to simply receive.

The combination of red light therapy, sound, stillness, voice, and community created such a beautiful space to reset the nervous system and reconnect with yourself, especially in today’s chaotic times.

And a huge thank you to Cassandra & Liz for sharing beautiful gifts of sound and song with our community. What a collaboration!!!!

This is what we love about California Yoga — creating experiences that go beyond the mat and bring people together in wellness, connection, and longevity.
