🚨 Exciting news for our glute gang! 🚨

Since our .builder Hip Drive has been so popular, we’re expanding the lineup! We’re rearranging the floor to bring in some brand new machines — plus another ClimbMill for you cardio lovers.

We tested these 3 new pieces and knew we had to have them. Nobody in the area has this equipment yet. The range of motion and isolation on these is straight 🔥 — perfect for building that peach!

Gym PSA from your friendly neighborhood gym staff 💪Let’s keep the iron paradise paradise-y:
1. Re-rack your weights like they owe you money – no burying poor change plates behind a fortress of 45s!
2. Back off the rack during sets – give the walkway some love.
3. Finish strong = rack your stuff. Don’t ghost the equipment like it’s a bad date.
4. Match your weights – mismatched plates are the gym equivalent of wearing socks with sandals. Crime.
5. Trash goes IN the bin, not on the floor. We’re adults… mostly.
6. Bags are for carrying gains, not reserving equipment. Share the love!
Follow these and you’re basically a gym superhero 🙌
