Summer camps are set at TOCA Toledo and we are ready for a great few weeks of training!

All sessions held at TOCA Toledo in Rossford📍

High School Camp ⚽️
- July 27 to July 30
- Girls 4:00 to 6:00 pm
- Boys 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Built for high school players across the region with a focus on all areas of the game and live play each day. Great opportunity to train, compete, and get in front of experienced coaches.

Youth Camp ⚽️
- August 3 to August 6
- K to 4th grade 9:00 to 11:00 am
- 5th to 8th grade 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Open to all players and designed to get ready for the fall season with a focus on skill development, confidence, and game understanding!

The World Cup is the best classroom in the world right now, and our mental performance staff want you watching with a sharper eye!

Soccer at this level isn't just about who is the most fit or the most technical. The players on your screen have trained their minds as hard as their bodies, and the mental side is often what separates the ones who rise when everything is on the line.

Here are three things to look for as you take in the matches this month:

⚽ Pressure: It builds when the demands of the moment start to outweigh what a player feels they have in the tank. The bigger the stakes, the heavier it gets.

⚽Anxiety: Watch the players during warmups, anthems, and right before a penalty kick. The deep breaths and the self-talk are intentional. You have to regulate yourself before you can regulate your performance.

⚽ Home field advantage: With the US, Mexico, and Canada all playing on home soil, history is on their side. Host teams score roughly 37% more goals and tend to get the friendlier calls.
