As the first day of 2026 comes to an end. I want to remind you all that anything and everything is possible with dedication, determination, lots of hard work and faith.
“Through God , all things are possible”
This doesn’t mean you won’t have obstacles or challenges through your journey, but God will never leave your side.
I am excited to watch and hear all about our athletes, coaches, and families achieving goals they set on and off the mat for 2026, I am rooting for you all 💙
P.S. guess who is turning 20 this summer? Crazy to think just a girl from the San Fernando Valley had an idea and still standing with the grace of God.

With today being NATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY as well as our 18th season coming to an end in May. I sit and reflex how blessed and grateful I am to have God on my side. From all the ups and downs, the rumors, and hate people have projected on my gym which was opened in 2006 to show young girls that it didn’t matter what city they came from . That with dedication, determination and lots of hard work they to can be a CHAMPION on and off the mat.
I believe my doors continue to stay open because my purpose is not banners and rings (we do like though) but to help build strong girls into stronger women who can be anything they desire 💙 Some might think my coaching style is tough and that’s okay, I’m not for everyone. But I promise these girls will be ready for the next step in their lives called adulthood.
I remember someone telling me this is a hobby. Well looks like it was a calling from God and my own BUSINESS.
Pray, Believe and Slay ladies while encouraging and lifting other women up.
