Plyo Box Strength Band Squats: Doing them like this from time to time really allows you to use your stabilizer muscles and keeps constant tension on your quads and glutes on the negative and positive movements which really helps build your strength. Remember to use good controlled form and most of all don’t give up!!

Seated trip extensions supper set with standing resistance band tricep extensions. I like to mix the order up on each set to confuse the muscles. I keep my cable machine reps in the 10 rep range and resistance band reps in the 20 rep range until I get tired then I drop my reps. Remember to use good controlled form, keep your back straight, use a full range of motion and don’t let your elbows flare out. These really BURN! BEAUTIFUL DESTRUCTION
