Our Maryland Sting 18U - Sarver Team went 4-0 on the weekend and brings home the Championship in USSSA Field of Screams Tournament this weekend. Great job ladies!! Super proud of you!! Maryland Sting recognized Katelyn Waguespack with their Sportsmanship award, During Saturdays games Katelyn faced a pretty serious setback: she possibly broke her finger and she wasn’t even sure she would be able to play.
Instead of giving up or sitting on the sidelines, Katelyn came out on Sunday and she pushed through the pain, adjusting her play to bat left-handed and remaining on the field. Her unwavering commitment ensured that her team had the crucial nine players they needed to finish the tournament. Without her heroic effort, they might not have been able to complete their games and go on and win the championship. Congratulations Katelyn

Playing with purpose this October. 💗

Our doubleheader may have turned into a scrimmage, but these girls showed up ready to play — strong, focused, and full of heart. We wore pink not just for style, but for strength — to honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and remember those we’ve lost to breast cancer. 💕

It’s more than a game. It’s a reminder that together, we’re stronger — on and off the field. 🎀🥎

Our girls at the Love for Lauren Softball Tournament this weekend. We faced some tough opponents and didn’t get the outcome we hoped for, but the girls showed up between SATs and Homecoming games and dances and gave it their all!

The real reason we were there was to show support to Lauren and her family, and we got to have a little fun while doing it!
