Day 3 of the PBL conversion.

We’re almost done with the install. We just need to add the tensioners and then we can redirect our focus to rebuilding the entire pit on lane 6 and install the new rear roller, bounce board, carpet, plows ect.

Day 2 of the PBL conversation. We did a repair to a lower bounce board support bracket, cleaned and re-covered the up rails with new jumbo, fat rail covers. Cleaned and leveled the machines. Attached the uprails to the PBL bracket and thimbles. Dropped the whole uprail system back into the machine and centered everything up. We also reversed all the bolts on the ball side of the machine to allow maximum clearance for the new lift arm assembly.
More updates to come as we continue the install.
