Commando Krav Maga Miami CKM, the Israeli reality based fighting system and physically demanding boot camp comes to Miami in Learn why we have disease in our lives. Take it with ease!

The training will consist of:

-CKM Fundamentals on Tactics against Strikes, Chokes/Holds, Ground Survival, Gun Disarming, Surviving Knife attacks and Multiple Attackers. Be Street Ready in a short time with battle tested techniques and concepts.
-Participants will learn how to shoot with a pistol, rifle and learn tactical shooting and maneuvers while you engaged with the assailant. Also learn

the bow and arrow and the sword.
-Students will learn First Aid techniques for after the attack like self check awareness, bandaging, recognizing arterial and venous bleeding, tourniquet procedures, how to take care of others, etc.
-Learn the Way of the Warrior and what it takes to endure any of life challenges with self confidence, peace, calmness, and the will to do what is needed in life.
-Health, fitness and debunking good and bad stress is introduced in a simplistic way. It’s simpler than you’ve perceived and the answer is within you. This is an Extreme Survival Boot camp and Students will endure great pain while fear leaves the body. Because of the perseverance style of this boot camp, students are required to be in top physical shape before attending the course. You must be able to Perform this test as follows:
-Run a 1 mile in 9mins
-60 pushups in 2 mins
-60 squats in 2 mins
-60 sit ups in 2 mins
-10 pull-ups in 1 min
(Perform with 2 min rest in between each set)
