We wouldn’t be here without the help of everybody, the sponsors, the fans, the guys from the other side of the pits, to the other guy himself. Not exactly sure what happened still, just saw a pile up in the middle of 3-4 while being committed to the top and jammed on the brakes and was along for the ride. Wanna apologize to the 51 and the 14n. Feel sh*tty about the whole thing. With Bridgeport being off next weekend we’re gonna do some more evaluation and hopefully be back for the 29th but we’ll see

Thanks for all the love and support for this family this week!! Great written piece Doug! I guess the car is out of the bag now, Jason will be running the full STSS show Sunday. Bryan will be running practice Saturday night to get the car dialed in after a few weeks of having some handling issues

Happy 4th of July from all of us here at Olsen Racing! We were originally keeping it local in pitmans 4th of July parade but we are now headed up to be with the DiPretore family to join in their parade passing out candy and having fun in memory of Nicole. Have a safe and blessed holiday and hug your loved ones just a bit tighter

In less than 12 hours we’ve raised almost $1000 for the DiPretore family and have gotten about a weeks worth of food that the family doesn’t have to worry about. We went up to be with them for a few hours today and they are so grateful for everything everyone has done so far. I don’t think they realized the strength of a race family when Jason signed up for this racing thing! Please be on the lookout for more events in the next couple of weeks including a helmet drive at this coming weeks short track super series

So we normally post a recap of our race nights on Sunday’s but today we’re not going to. Our rookie driver Jason lost his sister last night. We would like to send our thoughts and prayers out to the entire family as they are also our family. Also want to thank all the other teams that came over and gave their support last night or helped load the car. We will be sharing more this week but please give the family a little privacy during this time. Thank you all and god speed Nicole 🙏🏻

3rd full night in the car finally… felt really loose in warmups and the heat race, made some changes before the feature and it was a lot better. Should’ve ran the high side from the original start and stayed there but we’ll get there. Thanks for all the support and we’ll see ya next week!

Well looks as though we may be sidelined for a while. new motor ran great in warmups car felt really good and then in the rookie feature started to hear the motor lay down and it blew a puff of smoke and Jason pulled off. After talking to a few people and listing to it run it sounds like it burnt a piston. With some family stuff going on this week not gonna rush around like a few weeks ago so as of right now we’re just gonna evaluate everything and see where the chips fall. Jason is looking for a ride in the rookies if anybody could help him it would be greatly appreciated as he’s 2nd in points.

Not the night we were looking for at all last night. Thanks to the 5eeee for letting Jason run the rookie race in his car. The 34h guys for getting the timing right on the new motor and running back to the shop and grabbing some parts for us. See everybody soon ✌🏻
