What a great weekend for the course! Thank you to all who came out and volunteered! Definitely would not have accomplished any where near the amount of work we completed without you! Also a big thank you to A&F Equipment as well for hooking us up with the perfect machines for the task! Grab some discs and go check out the improvements and upgrades to the property! New bridges and pathways were completed, some pesky ruts were filled, all fairways were widened, culverts were installed in natural drainage areas, lots of w**d whipping was completed, and a pond was dug!

Looks like its gonna be a beautiful day up here! Mowing, digging, building, and discing! Will be up here working till 5pm! Come on out and lend a helping hand!

Don't forget we will be out working on the course all weekend! Any and all help will be appreciated! We will be working to rebuild bridges, spread mulch, fill ruts, dig pathways to top of hills, and anything else that we can make happen! Will be out on course both Saturday and Sunday from 9-5. Waters and lunchs will be provided!

ATTENTION! CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS! 🎉💪🏽👏 With the massive support from everyone at the slip and slide were will be able to accomplish some goals for the course! We raised enough money to be able to rent the machines needed to do the major land work that needs to be done around the course. (Walk paths to top of hills for holes 17 and 18, fix ruts on 5,6, and 16, and other misc. Odds and ends around the course) We also have raised enough money to purchase new materials to repair the bridges that were washed out in the storm a few weeks back.

We are planning a work weekend for AUGUST 16TH and 17th. We are asking for any willing and able bodied people to come help us rebuild bridges, plant tee signs, move mulch and dirt, and any other items that need to be handled.

Food, drinks, and fun will be provided.
So please grab some gloves and old clothes and join us in making this course even better than it already is !

Slip and Slide 2025 was such a huge success! Thank you all so much! Thank you to the City of Swartz Creek and the Park Board for allowing us to put on such a fun event! Thank you to the DPW for setting up and taking care of the plastics you all rock! Thank you to Flint Carpet for donating the padding for the top of the hill! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE SWARTZ CREEK FIRE FIGHTERS! NOT ONLY THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE HOSES AND WATER, BUT THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!
