Swartz Creek School - Golombisky Institute Tae Park Tae Kwon Do Tae Kwon Do class at New Life Wesleyan Church in Swartz Creek, MI. Instructor: Christian Benedict Led by Christian Benedict, 3rd degree black belt.

Christian has been practicing tae kwon do since the age of 5. He began in Kalamazoo in the class of Sheri Benedict his mother, who is now a Junior Master Instructor. Both Chris and his mother are students of Senior Master William Golombisky, who has 40 years of tae kwon do experience; Christian's class is part of the "Golombisky Institute". Master Golombisky is a student of Senior Grandmaster Tae

Zee Park, "The Flying Tiger"; thus Golombisky Institute is part of the "Tae Park Tae Kwon Do" organization. My class teaches the traditional Tae Kwon Do of our organization. Each class involves stretching, marching techniques, basic kicking, forms, and self-defense or sparring practice (usually both). Cost is $5 per class. I am making this group for anyone interested in the Swartz Creek tae kwon do class, who wants to keep up on information regarding classes, workshops, and visits from the Master Instructor.
