What an incredible day we had today! Thank you so much to everyone who came out today, to the Barrett family, to our sponsors, to our community partners, to our volunteers, to the cross-country team who did our water stations and our afterschool program who provided a wonderful barbecue! We could not have done it without all of you! Pictures will be up soon, but we did not want to end the day without expressing our appreciation for everyone who made this day so special! ☺️💫

🏃‍♀️💛 Most of you already know the Swanzey Covered Bridges Half Marathon, “Elijah’s Race.”

Started by Monadnock alum Elijah Barrett, the race honors his legacy by giving back to school programs and a new scholarship in his name.
We’re forming our first board with flexible roles and time commitments, centered around one big race day each year.
