Most people don’t think about grip strength until they start noticing small challenges…

→ Jars feel harder to open

If I had a dollar for every time a potential client told me, “I just can't stay consistent,” I'd be flying in a private jet right now!

After years of coaching busy adults navigating life, I’ve learned that consistency isn't a personality trait.

It isn’t something you either have or don’t.

It’s something that happens naturally when a plan fits your life.

Most busy adults who struggle to stay consistent are trying to follow a program that was designed for someone else's schedule, energy levels, and life.

They do great for two weeks, then something happens, and they miss a day that turns into a week.

Then, they decide the problem is them.

It is not them. It was never them.

Your waist circumference can tell you a LOT about your overall health.

In many cases, it’s actually more useful than body weight alone because it gives insight into where fat is being stored.

Here's why it matters:

Because excess fat around the midsection is linked to higher risk for:
→ Heart disease
→ Type 2 diabetes
→ Insulin resistance
→ Faster aging

Here are the general guidelines:
✅ Women: under 35 inches
✅ Men: under 40 inches

Here’s how to measure it:
→ Stand relaxed
→ Find your natural waist just above your belly button

→ Exhale naturally and measure
