We are beyond excited to announce the launch of our THIRD I-Koach Fitness location, opening Spring 2026 in Troy, IL 💪

Looking back over the last few years, we’re incredibly proud of how far I-Koach Fitness has come, and none of this happens without the amazing community that continues to believe in us and trust us with their fitness journey!

From starting I-Koach Fitness in my home garage 6 years ago to now serving 350+ members, expanding our team, and impacting multiple communities, this journey has been nothing short of incredible. Thanks to all our amazing clients, I-Koach Fitness is more than a place to work out, it’s a community, and we’re excited to bring that same energy and culture to Troy.

Does he keep saying he wishes he had more energy? ⚡

Hi there,

Last week I was talking with a new neighbor of mine who’s in his 50s. When he found out I worked in fitness, he got curious about what we do at the gym. As the conversation went on, he seemed genuinely interested—until he paused and said something that really stuck with me:

“Can you work any miracles for a guy over 50?” 🤔

That one question has been on my mind ever since.

Because it made me wonder how many people over 50 feel the same way—like the best days of their strength, mobility, and energy are behind them.

Like pain, stiffness, low energy, doctor visits, and giving up activities they love are just part of getting older.

Some even accept they won’t be able to play tennis, golf, pickleball, or run around with their grandkids again.

But here’s the truth:

You don’t need a miracle. You just need the right plan. 💪

Let me tell you about someone who proves that.

We have an incredible member named Mike Flavin, a youth pastor who needs to stay active and energized. He’s been training for 13 years, three times a week, and he’s now 67 years old.

Not long ago he told me something that honestly blew me away:

“I feel better today than I did when I was 37.” 🔥

And there was nothing extreme or magical about his routine.
Just consistency:

3 sessions per week, about 30 minutes each

A combination of strength training and interval training

No extra workouts outside the gym
