Lisa's Workout Routine How I went from Hot to not back to Hot. My journey back to health and happiness :) I love getting in shape, it's hard work but the rewards are worth it :)

Biceps, triceps and shoulders using one hand, then using bigger weights with 2 hands same muscles, calves & thighs, sit-ups different kinds, all this 3 x a day, other various exercises and then walking.

Visiting my grama, grandpa, great grandmother and great grandfathers grave. The best Christmas eves I spent were at my grama and grampas house with my family. I miss them and those days so much. I love you my beloved family in Heaven and here on Earth. Thank you Jesus for giving me such a wonderful family. I am truly blessed.
